I graduated in Dec 2005 and became pregnant the same month, so I never took the registry. I thought it was too late and recently discovered I have 5 years to take it. I am now studying for the registry in Mandeville,LA ( right outside of New Olreans). Does anyone know of any jobs while am studying for the registry so I can get my foot back in the door? Maybe even as an assistant to a radiographer? thanks

I had an MRI cervical last week. The machine just did not sound right. My past MRIs sounded like jack hammers, this one sounded like a metal detector. When this sound was made, the tech brought me from the whole and ask me if I had any jewelry on, in which I did not. she checked down in my top, she rolled me back in, same sound the metal detector, scared me. Then I get a call from my neuro man and stated they needed to repeat the test w and w/o contrast. Something had lite up at c5. I'm really concerned about the machice not working properly. I only heard the jack hammers, uh I want to say about 5 to 6 minutes and the other time was the sound like a metal detector. Does this sound strange.
Any explanation.
