Well, my advice to you would be to keep waiting. The cost alone is reason enough. I have a daugter who has waited 4 years to get inot gateway. And she finally made it this year. And I personally have known the program director for 20 years! Well, workth the wait. Ask Pima what their drop out rate is and the rate of pass fail on the registry, Also the job availablity upon graduation.

My expericance is such that Gateway produces the much better well rounded tech and that is way my daughter is going there instead of Pima.

Good luck

Hi All,

As a part of our brain-sciences degree we have a course in advanced imaging methods, and there is a new task in which I might require some help.

This is some sort of a quiz, we were asked to recognize a specific neuro-degenerative disorder, with the ability to request scan methods, 3 at a time.

this is what we got so far (for the first step we tried to get something with a broad spectrum to cover as much as we can):

T2/FLAIR - Few reports on T2 reduction, many reports on no change.
T1+Gd - No effect
DTI - trac. - Suspected variations in the fibers passing through the cerebral peduncles

We believe such results might be relevant for MS, or an Edema... but we are still not sure.
Can anyone suggest another possibility / relevant methods for assuring?

Thanks alot in advance!

I have to echo iampstudent

I've taught in a few programs, and my favorite students are those who are older and changing careers.

IN GENERAL (don't get upset, kids), older students are more focused and motivated than younger students straight out of high school.

(They also usually don't ask "will this be on the test?" - my LEAST FAVORITE QUESTION. If I could have failed students who asked that, I'd have done it).
